Soursop is grown in the Central Highlands and has two main crops per year.
Soursop is an extremely nutritious fruit, has a sweet and sour taste, and is delicious. It is the choice of factories processing juices, syrups, smoothies and soft drink as well as companies distributing ingredients in preparation, etc.
Van Xuan Agri’s frozen soursop has a brix level of min 12, selected from fresh, delicious, worm-free, and undamaged soursop from reputable farms. After purchasing fresh fruit, the soursop will be washed then peeled and the seeds removed. Dark or red soursop segments, impurities, etc. will be also removed. The finished soursop pulp product will be irony white, and clean, with no impurities, pests, etc., ensuring deliciousness as well as meeting standards – Food hygiene and safety standards.
After being deseeded, the soursop pulp will be packaged into 5 kg PE bags and put into cold storage to freeze within 1 to 2 days and transported by refrigerated truck to customers.
